Please review the application carefully and complete all required sections. Incomplete applications may delay processing or affect placement on the waiting list.

Eligibility requirements may include:

• Household income and household size guidelines established annually by HUD
• Student status requirements
• Eligibility requirements for the HUD Project-Based Section 8 Subsidy Program, where applicable
• Other property or program-specific qualification requirements

• Please print clearly.
• Complete all questions on the application.
• Make sure all information provided is accurate and current.
• If you are unsure how to answer a question, our management team is available to help.
• Alternative formats, including large print, Braille, or other languages, may be available upon request.
• If you make an error, cross out the incorrect information, initial the change, and enter the correct information. Please do not use correction fluid or correction tape.

Submitting Your Application

Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, fax, or email.

Any changes to your application, including updates to your address, phone number, income information, or household composition, must be submitted in writing.

Changes cannot be accepted verbally in person or by telephone.
